摘 要:给19kg体重、6~8月龄、饲喂玉米秸秆日粮的新疆美利奴公羊分别添喂黄霉素(第2组)、海南霉素(第3组)、马杜霉素(第4组)、土霉素(第5组)(第1组为对照,各组均n=6),以研究抗生素对绵羊消化与营养的影响。结果表明,第1至第5组中每只羊的玉米秸秆采食量分别为464.4±70.0,511.7±58.9,481.5±46.0,532.3±87.3和490.0±71.9g/d;有机物消化率分别为61.8%±1.6%,62.8%±1.8%,63.4%±2.1%,62.9%±0.7%和64.0%±1.6%,纤维素消化率分别为54.5%±3.3%,55.3%±3.0%,58.2%±3.4%,55.9%±1.3%和58.2%±3.2%;纤维素消化率分别为64.2%±3.6%,64.5%±2.6%,64.1%±4.1%,64.8%±2.3%和68.7%±5.6%;粗蛋白消化率分别为67.1%±1.4%,69.2%±0.2%,68.4%±2.6%,67.7%±4.7%和68.6%±2.5%;氮保留率分别为14.4%±2.1%,22.2%±4.5%,18.7%±3.6%,16.2%±1.4%和20.6%±4.1%;第1至第5组中每只羊的体增重分别为15.0±23.1,35.3±19.6,35.7±43.2,44.7±9.9和34.0±20.2g/d。由本实验得出结论,添喂抗生素可在一定程度上提高绵羊对玉米秸秆的采食量;不同程度地提高绵羊有机物、纤维素和半纤维素消化率,但对氮消化率的影响不明显;对提高氮保留率(量)效果很好(在作用最好的黄霉素增加了54%),而且对提高绵羊的平均体增重也有一定的作用。Male Xinjiang Merino sheep of 19 kg live weight and 6~8 month-old were fed with corn stalk-based diet, supplied with no antibiotics (group1,control), flavomycin (group 2), hainanmycin (group 3), maduramicin (group 4) and oxytetracycline (group 5) respectively ( n=6 each group), to study the effect of antibiotics on the digestion and nutrient of sheep. The results showed that the intake of corn-stalk in each group was 464.4±70.0, 511.7±58.9, 481.5±46.0, 532.3±87.3 and 490.0±71.9 g/day respectively; the OM digestibility was 61.8%±1.6%, 62.8%±1.8%, 63.4%±2.1%, 62.9%±0.7% and (64.0%)±1.6% respectively; the digestibility of cellulose was 54.5%±3.3%, 55.3%±3.0%, 58.2%±3.4%, 55.9%±1.3% and 58.2%±3.2% respectively; the digestibility of semi-cellulose was 64.2%±(3.6%,) 64.5%±2.6%, 64.1%±4.1%, 64.8%±2.3% and 68.7%±5.6% respectively; the digestibility of CP was 67.1%±1.4%, 69.2%±0.2%, 68.4%±2.6%, 67.7%±4.7% and 68.6%±(2.5%) respectively; the nitrogen retention rate was 14.4%±2.1%, 22.2%±4.5%,18.7%±3.6%, (16.2%)±1.4% and 20.6%±4.1% respectively; and the body weight gain was 15.0±23.1, 35.3±19.6, 35.7±43.2, 44.7±9.9 and 34.0±20.2 g/day respectively. It is concluded that supplementation of antibiotics could improve the intake of corn-stalk to some extent; the digestibility of OM, cellulose and semi-cellulose was also improved to various extent, but had no significant effect on nitrogen digestion; however, antibiotics showed excellent effect on improving nitrogen retention, with the highest increasing of 54% for flavomycin, and antibiotics also had some effect on body weight gain.
