摘　　要：坚持和健全民主集中制是执政党建设的一个重大课题。民主集中制是处理党内关系的基本准则,是党和国家的根本制度,也是科学、合理、有效率的制度。该文主要论述了领导班子贯彻民主集中制的五个问题:要增强贯彻民主集中制的自觉性;坚持个人服从组织;坚持民主与集中的有机结合;实行集体领导和个人分工负责相结合的制度;在民主集中制基础上增强领导班子的团结。It is an important task for the construction of the governing party to insist on and consummate the democratic and centralized system.The democratic and centralized system is a basic rule to handle the relations inside the party.It is a basic system of the party and the nation.It is also a scientific,reasonable and efficient system.Therefore,this article discusses 5 problems on how to implement the democratic and centralized system:strengthen the self-consciousness of implementing the democratic and centralized system.Insist on individual obeying organization;insist on the combination of democracy and concentration;carry on the system of the combination of the collective leadership and individual works;strengthen the leaders' solidarity based on the democratic and centralized system.
