摘　　要：轮对是影响铁路车辆运行安危的关键部件,而压装曲线是检验轮对组装质量是否合格的重要依据。针对轮对压装过程中压力变化产生陡跳的现象,通过建立数学模型对其压装曲线进行了分析,并对产生陡跳曲线的工艺进行了探讨。The wheel is to the key part that influenced the operation safety of rolling stock, and it is an important basis of examining the wheel qualified to the quality of assembling to press and put the curve. This text load to wheel with course pressure change the phenomenon jumped suddenly produces pigeonholing, through set up mathematics model to analyse its curve. And has carried on the discussion in producing the craft of jumping the curve suddenly.
