摘　　要：从理论上分析了Q460C低合金结构钢焊接性能。并针对液压支架结构件的使用环境和性能要求,就焊材、焊前准备、焊接工艺、焊后热处理等几个方面提出了一些要求,并从理论上对这些要求进行了可行性分析,以保证支架结构件获得良好的综合机械性能。The weld ability of Q460C low alloy structural steel welded joints is theoretically analyzed in this paper. And aim at the used condition and the construction characteristics of hydraulic support .Puts forward some requests about the welding material, prearrange before welding , welding procedure ,and postweld heat treatment etc. in order to get the best all-aroundmechanical performance of the workpiece in hydraulic support, analyze the requests applied possibility of welding procedure combine with theory.
