摘 要:探讨康氏木霉对向日葵菌核病菌的拮抗效果, 为用于该类病害防治奠定基础。研究表明康氏木霉对向日葵菌核病菌具有较强的拮抗作用。同时对康氏木霉的代谢物进行了活性测定, 结果发现: 康氏木霉挥发性代谢物对向日葵菌核病菌菌丝生长的影响与对照在F0 01水平上差异显著。非挥发性代谢物对向日葵菌核病菌菌丝生长的影响也达F0 01显著水平, 但分析过滤灭菌和高压灭菌两种不同灭菌方式对抗生物质活性的影响并无显著性差异, 说明康氏木霉的非挥发性代谢物具有热稳定性。The aim of the study is to find the antagonistic effect of Trichoderma koningii toSclerotinia scleroriorum. The resultshowed that T. koningiihad a strong ability to antagonize S. sclerotiorum. The volatile and non-volatile antibiotics were produced by Trichoderma. koningii. The volatile antibiotic inhibited the growth of pathogen tested in varying degrees. The non-volatile antibiotics were also able to inhabit markedly the growth of mycelia of the pathogen.The mycelium growth of S. sclerotiorumon the filter culture of T. koningiiwas significant at F0.01 level compared with control. On the other hand, the non-volatile antibioticsafter autoclaving inhibited significantly at F0.01 levelthe growth of the pathogen. There was no significant difference between the two methods of sterilization to mycelium growth of the pathogen as the antibioticsare thermally stable.
