摘　　要：介绍了利用精密水准测量结合GPS定位技术,建立集平面、高程于一体的综合性南京市基础控制网,以及利用GPS的RTK技术实时地快速地获取地面点高精度的三维坐标,针对技术实施中的问题进行了分析探讨,提出了相应的解决方法。In this paper, we introduce the establishment of the foundational control network in Nanjing and the course of getting the 3-dimensional coordinates by the RTK of GPS in real-time and quickly. The network is established by the technique of precise leveling surveying and GPS positioning technique. Then we analyze and discuss the problems of the process. At last, we present the corresponding methods.
