摘 要:在涠洲12 1N油田涠二段钻井过程中,硬脆性泥页岩的剥落掉块经常造成钻具阻卡等井下复杂情况。分析了涠二段硬脆性泥页岩的理化特性,研究探讨了硬脆性泥页岩的评价方法和坍塌机理,在此基础上,提出了选用快速强封堵型成膜钻井液是有效抑制硬脆性泥页岩剥落掉块的根本措施。这一研究成果对于在涠洲12 1N油田开发工程中提高钻速、减少井下复杂情况发生具有重要意义。The downhole complex accidents, such as drilling pipe and tool jams, were often caused by the caving of hard brittle shale during the drilling in the second member of Weizhou formation in WZ 121N oilfield, Beibuwan basin. The physicochemical characteristics of hard brittle shale were analyzed and evaluation methods and caving mechanism of the shale were investigated, based on which, the film forming drilling fluid in quick sealing type is suggested as the basic measure to prevent the shale from caving effectively. This study result has the important significance for increasing drilling rate and minimizing the downhole complex accidents during the development of WZ 121N oilfield.
