摘 要:针对油田聚合物驱采出液脱水效果差,脱出污水油含量高等问题.开发了一种破乳助剂HF-31。考察了用破乳剂和破乳助剂HF-31复配后的破乳脱水效果,结果表明,HF-31浓度为60 mg/L,破乳剂浓度为200 mg/L,复配使用后,能有效提高脱水速度,降低脱出污水中油含量和悬浮物含量。破乳助剂HF-31在坨一联合站使用后,外输原油含水量下降了0.012%,取得了明显的经济效益。The auxiliary demulsifying agent HF-31 was developed to resolve the poor dehydrating effect of crude oil emulsion produced from polymer flooding and high oil content of dehydrated sewage. The demulsifying and dehydrating effects of the demulsifying agent used in field compounded with auxiliary demulsifying agent HF-31 were investigated. The results showed that dehydrating rate was increased and the contents of oil and suspended solid were decreased when concentrations of HF-31 and demulsifying agent were 60 mg/L and 200 mg/L respectively.
