摘　　要：针对首批国产5A分子筛在Molex装置上运行后期出现了的正构烷烃收率下降和产品轻蜡纯度下降的现象,对分子筛进行采样分析其原因后,对操作参数进行了调整和优化,使产品轻蜡纯度上升,正构烷烃收率下降的趋势也得到了有效抑制。Aiming at the reductions of the recovery of n - alkane and the purity of light paraffin during evening application of the first homemade 5A zeolite in Molex unit,the reasons were analyzed through sampling the zeolite. By regulating and optimizing operating parameters, the purity of light paraffin and the recovery of n - alkane were increased .
