摘　　要：文章介绍了电子商务的几种主要模式及B2B电子商务概况,认为B2B模式将成为未来电子商务的主要模式。原因在于B2B模式具有使买卖双方信息交流低廉、快捷,可降低企业间的交易成本,减少企业的库存,缩短企业生产周期等竞争优势。同时还就B2B电子商务模式对企业的影响和制约我国B2B电子商务发展的因素及对策等问题进行了探讨。This article introduce the main forms of electric business and the general information of B2B. The author hold the opinion that the B2B will be the main form in the future because which has the cheap, fast of information for exchanging between buyers and sellers. Still, there is another reason that it can cut down the cost, re duce the amount in stock and the period for reproducing. The article also discusses the influence and the main reason of the B2B and its development.
