企业员工流失的原因及对策分析

摘　　要：当前,企业员工流失现象比较严重,给企业的生存发展造成了重大损失。文章从核心员工流失带来的负面影响出发,分析了员工流失的原因,最后提出了解决员工流失的办法以及培养员工忠诚的若干对策。At present, the drain of enterprise staff (decrease of loyalty) is very serious and has caused great loss to survival and development of enterprises. This paper elaborates the negative effect, the reason, and put forward some solutions to the drain of staff and countermeasures to cultivate staff’s loyalty.
