摘　　要：基于电渣熔铸曲轴的自耗电极为规则圆柱体,根据测重法工作原理设计了一套微机控制检测系统,实现了电渣熔铸金属液面的间接自动检测。实验结果表明,该系统克服了传统传感器检测钢水液位影响因素多的缺陷,其检测精度高,可达毫米级,抗干扰性能强。A method of measuring weight with microcomputer is designed to indirectly detect the surface of melted metal of electroslag casting automatically, according to regular cylinder consumable electrode of electroslag casting. As a result, it overcomes the limitation of traditional sensors that are influenced by many factors. The detection precision is high and capability of anti-interfere is strong.
