摘　　要：本文报告用ＰＬＤ方法对３０例患腰椎间盘脱出症患者进行了治疗。经过３个月的随访、观查、显效率为６３．３％、总有效率为８６．７％，未见严重并发症。同时对手术原理，手术效果，并发症及穿刺路线进行了探讨。Abstract Thirty cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated with percuta-neous lumbar discectomy(PLD).The curerate were found to be 63.3%. total effeetiverate was 86.7%after 3 months follow-up.There were no significant complications en-countered.The clinical curative effect oftreatment,operative mechanism compliea-tion and the entry routhe selected were dis-Cussed
