摘　　要：自１９７３～１９８８年１２月收治小儿麻痹后遗臀肌、屈髋肌瘫痪，髋屈曲畸形，连枷髋共５０例，选用１２种术式治疗，经１～１２年随访，优良率占８０％。对手术病人及手术选择原则，程序先后。50 cases,which were paralysis ofgluteal muscles and hip flexion muscles,hipflexion deformity and flail hip,were treatedform 1973 to 1988.12 operative methodswere selected. Following-up period from 1years to 12 years,the good effect accountfor 80 percent.The indication of operativepatients,selection of operative principle,programe and dominat combination were discussed.
