摘　　要：目的:妇女宫颈管支原体、衣原体感染造成宫颈红、肿、充血后用微波局部治疗,在非药物方面找到临床依据。方法:用微波直接加热法,使宫颈受感染的柱状上皮细胞层凝固、轻微变色。结果:123例病人术后6个月内观察,均无宫颈损伤及粘连。复查3次以上,宫颈分泌物无阳性反应,临床症状明显恢复正常。结论:微波治疗宫颈管内支原体、衣原体感染极其有效,特别是改善临床症状更为明显。Objective:By observing the therapeutic effect of local microwave on cervix tube mycoplasma and chlamydia infection to supply clinical basis for non-drug treatment.Methods:The infected columnar epithelium layer of cervix was curdled and discolored slightly with microwave heating.Results:123 patients at 6 months after treatment were observed without cervical impairment and adherence. The cervical secretion had no positive reaction and clinical symptoms obviously came back to normal after 3 times of reexamination.Conclusion:Microwave therapy should play effective role in treatment of cervix tube mycoplasma and chlamydia infection, especially obviously improve clinical symptoms.
