摘  要:目的:探讨缺氧并黄疸新生儿(缺氧组)心肌酶谱与胆红素的关系。方法:60例缺氧组新生儿及30例无缺氧史的新生儿黄疸(对照组)的心肌酶谱及胆红素值结果进行对比分析。结果:①缺氧组心肌酶谱均值较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.001),且随着缺氧程度的加重而增高。②缺氧组胆红素均值较正常对照组明显降低(P<0.001),且随着缺氧程度的加重而降低。结论:窒息缺氧程度越重,心肌酶谱越高,胆红素水平越低。Objective:To explore the relationship between myocardial enzymogram and bilirubin in neonates with hypoxia and jaundice.Methods:Myocardial enzymogram and bilirubin values were measured and compared in 60 neonates (hypoxia group) and 30 neonates with jaundice (control group).Results:①The average level of myocardial enzymogram in hypoxia group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.001), and increased with aggravation of hypoxia; ②The average level of bilirubin in hypoxia group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.001), and reduced with aggravation of hypoxia.Conclusion:The more serious of the hypoxia, the higher the myocardial enzymogram, the lower bilirublin level.
