摘　　要：目的:通过对4769例剖宫产术者的人口学特征回顾性分析,为分娩方式的选择提供依据。方法:对2002～2004年该院4769例剖宫产术者的年龄、民族、区域、文化程度及职业等人口学特征的指标,并选择同期顺产的5789例为对照组,进行统计分析。结果:剖宫产术者的年龄大于顺产术者的年龄1.45岁〔(28.10±4.23)岁,(26.65±3.90)岁〕,其配偶的年龄也大〔(30.35±4.90)岁,(29.21±4.32)岁〕;民族分布无明显差异;剖宫产术者来自东莞市的占69.55%,广东省的占5.45%,外省的占25.0%;顺产者东莞市的占63.78%,广东省的占8.65%,外省的占27.57%,χ2=56.92,P<0.01。剖宫产术者本人的文化程度:初中以下的占42.17%;高中占37.20%;大专以上占20.23%;顺产中,初中以下的占46.12%,高中占35.72%;大专以上占14.27%;两者比较,χ2=62.21,P<0.01。结论:剖宫产术者年龄偏大,文化程度较高,主要来源于出生地。Objective:To provide basis for delivery mode selection by analyzing the demography characteristics on cases of cesarean section.Methods:The indexes of demography characteristics including age, nation, region and educational level in 4 769 cases of cesarean section in this department from 2002 to 2004 and 5 789 cases of normal labor in the same term as controls were analyzed.Results:The average age in cases of cesarean section was older 1.45 years than that of normal labor (28.10±4.23 vs 26.65±3.90 years), meanwhile that of the spouse was also older (30.35±4.90 vs 29.21±4.32 years). There was no significant difference in national distribution. The patients in cesarean section group came from Dongguan, Guangdong, non-local province were 69.55%, 5.45%, 25.0%, respectively; ones in normal labor group were 63.78%, 8.65%, 27.57%, respectively (χ 2=56.92,P<0.01). As compared the educational level of patient, junior high school and below was 42.17%, senior high school was 37.2%, junior college and above was 20.23% in cesarean section group; those were 46.12%, 35.72%, 14.72% respectively in normal labor group (χ 2= 62.21,P< 0.01).Conclusion:The patients with cesarean section are older and have higher educational level, which mainly come from homeplace.
