摘　　要：福利文化是社会福利研究中的一个新领域,值得社会福利研究者的关注。福利文化属于社会福利场域的惯习,是存在于福利实践活动中的各种思想、意识、心理、态度等观念要素的总和;福利文化不仅具有维系福利制度的功能,而且是解释不同福利制度差异的一个关键变量。Welfare culture is a new sphere of learning in the social welfare study. Scholars researching on social welfare ought to pay close attention to it. Welfare culture is habitus of social welfare field, it includes various thoughts, consciences, psychologies and attitudes of existing welfare practice. Not only is it of importance to maintaining welfare system, but also it is one key variable of interpreting difference of welfare system.
