摘　　要：尼泊尔反政府武装自1996年2月起事至今已发展成为一支重要的政治和军事力量, 其明显的暴力倾向已严重地影响了尼泊尔政治经济的发展和社会稳定。2001年以来, 政府与反政府武装共举行了两次和谈, 但因双方分歧过大, 和谈无果而终。因此, 要真正实现国内和平, 还需要尼泊尔各方政治力量的相互妥协和国际社会的帮助。Nepal's anti-government force has been an important political and military power in the nation since its rise in February 1996. Its apparent violent tendency has been seriously affecting the political and economic development, and social stability of Nepal. Since 2001, the Nepalese government and the anti-government force have held two rounds of peace talks, but reached no agreement due to big differences between the two sides. To realize Nepal's domestic peace, Nepal's political factions need to make compromises with each other and the international community needs to lend a helping hand.
