废纸碎解过程中的设备因素对纤维形态的影响

摘　　要：碎解时间是影响再生浆白度的主要因素,其它条件如温度、浆浓、转子转速和碎解浆贮存时间对再生浆的白度也有一定影响,但影响不是很大。因此,控制合适的碎解时间是至关重要的。在脱墨浆适宜的工艺条件下,使用纤维质量分析仪FQA测量了不同碎解时间(0s、5s、10s、15s、20s)下的纤维形态参数,并结合电导率、Zeta电位、表面张力、浊度等参数,通过白度评价了二次纤维脱墨的效果,结果表明进口旧新闻纸的最佳碎解时间为15s。The recycling time is the main factor to affect the brightness of recycling pulp, other factors such as temperature, consistency, rotor speed, storage time of recycled pulp also affected the brightness, but they are not so important. Study on the fiber quality parameter by FQA in different recycling time(0s、5s、10s、15s、20s), combining Zeta potential,surface tension and so on, appraise secondary fiber deinking efficiency by the pulp brightness. The results showed that the best recycling time of the AONP is 15 s.
