摘　　要：以义理与事功的逻辑结构来理清法治与有限行政之间的内在理路,在市场经济、市民社会、民主政治三个层面探寻二者的整和机制,最后就其在我国改革进路的形成途径作一些思考。The cause-effect relationship between the lawful government and the restrained administration is presented. The integration mechanism is inspected from the perspective of market-oriented society, citizen-oriented society, democratic politics. Proposals are ventured about the reform policies.
