笼养灰叶猴(Trachy pithecus phayrei)月经周期初步研究

摘　　要：我们用放射免疫法(RIA)测定了2只雌性灰叶猴成体尿液中的雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)水平,发现:1.其月经周期为24.8±2.2d.2.雌二醇在滤泡期和黄体期的水平分别是101.89±4.32(pg/ml)和119.84±5.20(pg/ml);其间有一个显著的峰值555.40±16.68(pg/ml).3.孕酮水平在雌二醇峰后第2d上升(p＜0.001),其在滤泡期和黄体期的水平分别是1133.22±17.15(pg/ml)和5388.33±59.19(pg/ml).黄体期的孕酮水平是滤泡期的4～5倍.(mean±Std.).In order to kwon the sexual physiological status of mature Phayrei’s langur, two captive females’ urinary estradiol and progesterone have been measured by RIA in 2001 and 2002. The results were showed as below: 1.According two consecutive E 2 peaks, the menstrual length of cycle was 24.8±2.2 days (follicular phase was 12.8±1.3 days; luteal phase was 12±1.4 days).2. The value of E2 in follicular phase was 101.89±4.32 (pg/ml) and that in luteal phase was 119.84±5.20 (pg/ml) respectively. E2 presented a peak, 555.40±16.68 (pg/ml), in the middle of cycle. 3. The value of progesterone in follicular phase and luteal phase was 1133.22±17.15 (pg/ml) and 5388.33±59.19 (pg/ml) respectively. After the E2 peak has appeared, it was at the second day that level of progesterone began to increase (p<0.001). The value in the luteal phase was 4~5 fold than that in the follicular phase. The results have showed that it was feasible to measure the sexual hormone of Phayrei’s langur by RIA and the sexual physiological status of female in Phayrei’s langur can be monitored in the same way.
