雌三醇软膏对中老年妇女性生活质量改善的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨改善中老年妇女性生活的方法。方法应用雌三醇软膏局部给药,1次/d,10d后改隔天1次,1个月后改为每周2次,持续半年。结果856例患者用药后性交困难、阴道干燥、尿频、尿急等症状较用药前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论雌三醇软膏能有效提高中老年妇女性生活质量,无子宫内膜增厚危险。Objective To discuss the method how to ameliorate the quality of the middle-old-aged woman sex life. Methods To smeared Estriol Ointment to local surface of vagina once a day, after ten days changed to once every two days, and after a month changed to once every two weeks, then lasting for half a year. Results Observing 856 patients, after medication their dyspareunia was ameliorated, and the remission of their symptoms such as dryness of vagina, frequency of urination, urgency of urination and so on were notable difference than that of before medication(P<0.05). Conclution Estriol Ointment can't only ameliorate the quality of the middle-old-aged woman sex life, but also don's stimulate endometrium to thicken.
