杏丁改善冠心病患者甲襞微循环和血液流变性的作用观察

摘　　要：目的:观察杏丁改善冠心病(CHD)患者血液流变性的作用。方法:选择65例经冠状动脉造影诊断为CHD的患者,用杏丁注射液静脉滴注,治疗2周,分别于用药前后观察甲襞微循环、血液流变学等指标。结果:用药后甲襞微循环、血液流变学等相关指标明显改善。结论:杏丁注射液能改善冠心病患者的微循环及血液流变性。Objective: To observe the function of Xingding for improvement of hemorheological property in coronary heart diseaee(CHD). Method: There were 65 cases after indkin' s coronary angiographe that were treated by Xingding injection for two weeks, and then to examine the nailfoed microcir-culation and hemorheological indexes for analyses. Results: After using the Xinding injection for CHD,the nailfoed microcirculation and the hemorheological index is better than the before. Conclusion: Xinding injection can improve the microcirculation and blood viscosity for CHD.
