肠安胶囊体内抗菌作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:评价和比较肠安胶囊在体内对4种腹泻病原茵的作用,并探讨其杀菌机制.方法:不同时间灌胃给药治疗经腹腔感染宋内痢疾杆菌、福氏痢疾杆菌F2a、蜡样芽胞杆菌和鼠伤寒沙门茵的小鼠,观察服药后小鼠感染一般情况、腹泻及存活数量.结果:肠安胶囊对宋内痢疾杆茵感染小鼠的保护率为50%～90%,对福氏痢疾杆菌感染的保护率为20%～80%,对蜡样芽胞杆菌感染的保护率为50%～90%,对鼠伤寒沙门茵感染的保护率为40%～90%.结论:肠安胶囊可以有效预防和保护小鼠,是治疗腹泻较好的药物.OBJECTIVE To evaluate the germicidal effects of Chang’an capsules on 4 pathogens that cause diarrhea,and to examine its bacteria-killing mechanism. METHODS The abdominal cavity of mice were infected with Shigella sonnei, Shigella flexneri_ 2a , Bacillus cereus, S. styphimurium and were treated by gastric lavage at different time points. The general condition, diarrhea and survival after the oral administration of the capsules were observed. RESULTS The protective rate of Chang'an capsules against Shigella sonnei was 50%-90%,the rate against Shigella flexneri_ 2a was 20%-80%,the rate against Bacillus cereus was 50%-90%,and the rate against S. styphimurium was 40%-90%.CONCLUSION Chang’an capsules can protect mice effectively and it is a better drug for the treatment of diarrhea.
