摘 要:在盆栽条件下研究了根瘤菌不同剂型、接种量、施用氮肥以及微量元素对紫花苜蓿Medicago sativa生长的影响,结果表明:根瘤菌菌液不同浓度接种对出苗率无显著影响,草炭剂型接种量为0 48 g/pot时效果最好,种衣剂包衣处理效果优于草炭剂型接种,在根瘤菌接种条件下按纯氮0 03 g/kg施肥,产量最高,施用钼肥可提高产量,其它微量元素效果不明显。Effects of rhizobium preparations, inoculation rate, application of nitrogen fertilizer and trace elements on growth of alfalfa were studied. The result showed that inoculation with different concentrations of rhizobium preparations had no significant effect on alfalfa emergence. Rhizobium absorbed in turf gave a good performance at the rate of 0.40 g/pot, while the effect of coated seeds was even better. The highest alfalfa yield was achieved by applying 0.03 g/pot nitrogen fertilizer under the condition of rhizobium inoculation. Trace elements had no significant effects on alfalfa yields except molybdenum.
