摘  要:机械瓣膜血栓形成、栓塞及抗凝相关出血是瓣膜置换术后最常见、最严重的并发症,严重影响病人生存及生活质量。近年来,通过合理抗凝监测,降低抗凝强度,改进人造瓣膜设计、工艺以及建立个体化用药方案等综合措施,抗凝相关并发症有了明显降低。然而,最理想的方法是研究发明一种勿需抗凝或仅需短期抗凝的人造瓣膜,因此,组织工程瓣膜和基因工程瓣膜的研究发明与应用,将可能从根本上改变人造瓣膜置换术后抗凝治疗的现状。Thrombosis,thromboembolism and hemorrhage associated with anticoagulation are the most common and severe complications after prosthetic heart valve replacement.They are also the main cause of death in post-operative period,and seriously affect the life quality of patients.In recent years,through reasonable anticoagulation therapy monitoring,decreasing the intensity of anticoagulation therapy and improving valve quality,the complications associated with anticoagulation have significantly decreased.However,the best way is to exploit a kind of valve that does not need anticoagulation therapy.Therefore,the researches and uses of tissue engineered heart valve and gene engineered heart valve will change the current conditions of anticoagulation therapy thoroughly after prosthetic heart valve replacement.
