摘　　要：核因子-κB是一种重要的核转录因子,与免疫、细胞凋亡等重要生物学事件有着密切联系。近来大量研究表明其在心力衰竭发病机制中有着重要的作用,能特异性的调控心力衰竭时期核因子κB活性必将为心力衰竭的治疗提供一个新的方向。As a important nuclear factor in cells,NF-κB induces gene programs that lead to transactivation of adhesion molecules,cytokines,and chemokines involving immunologic reactions and the apoptosis.Recently,many studies show NF-κB plays an important role in the pathogenesis of heart failure,so the approach,which the activity of NF-κB can be specially controlled in the course of heart failure,will be a new therapeutics to heart failure.
