利分能与西咪替丁联合治疗小儿重症水痘的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨利分能与西咪替丁治疗小儿重症水痘的临床疗效.方法:治疗组(n=30)给予利分能(重组人干扰素α-2b)100万IU肌肉注射,1次/d,同时与西咪替丁20 mg/(kg·d)分3次口服;对照组(n=20)利巴韦林15 mg/g(kg·d)加入150～250ml葡萄糖液中静脉滴注,两组疗程均为5 d.结果:治疗组退热、止痒、结痂和痊愈时间与对照组比差异有显著意义(P＜0.01).血小板计数(Plt)治疗组明显高于对照组,有统计学意义(P＜0.01),未发现明显不良反应.结论:利分能与西咪替丁联合治疗小儿重症水痘能明显缩短病程,减轻症状.Objective: To study the clinical effect of association of Interferon α-2b with cimetidine in treatment of children with severe varicella. Methods: The treatment group (n=30) were given Interferon α-2b 1,000,000 u/d im. with cimetidine 20 mg/(kg·d), Tid; the control group (n=20) were given ribavirin 15 mg/(kg·d) iv. Gtt. The treatment period of both groups was 5 d . Results: The time of defervescence, antipruriginous effect, skin eruption to scab and healing were of significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.01); the amount of Plt of the treatment group was significantly higher than the contrast group (P < 0.01); and no adverse reaction had been found. Conclusion: Association of Interferon α-2b with cimetidine can relieve the symptoms and shorten the time of disease in treatment of children with severe varicella.
