摘　　要：讨论了在电力市场为单一购买者模式的情况下,由于销售电价固定及发电商上网电价波动而产生的电网经营企业的购电风险。作者根据市场清算价的形成机制,按市场清算价格服从一定分布和市场清算价由发电商报价形成这两种情况进行了讨论,进行了风险分析,并给出了电网公司在长期合同市场下的购电模型,得到了相关的模型和结果。The author discusses the power purchasing risk involved in the operation of power grid companies, which is caused by the fixed sales price and the fluctuation of the bidding prices of the power producers in the single buyer power market model. According to the mechanism of the market clearing price (MCP), two situations that MCP is subject to certain distributions or decided by the power producers' bids are investigated. The inherent risk analysis in the models is also conducted. Then the power purchase model of grid companies in the long-term contact market is given, and corresponding results are obtained.
