摘 要:利用可聚合大分子乳化剂改性水基环氧,得到了功能化的自乳化环氧树脂乳液。研究了共聚改性方法,中和,陈化,固化条件对乳液及其涂膜性能的影响。实验表明:树脂耐碱性随环氧组分的提高而提高,但乳胶粒也变大;乳液的黏度随中和度的提高而增加,透射电子显微镜(TEM)显示陈化有利于亲疏水微相的分离,使涂膜的各项性能都有提高。固化剂质量分数为3%,固化温度为260℃时得到的膜的性能最佳。The hydrophilicity of coating obtained by using polymerizable macromolecule emulsifier modifing waterborne epoxy resin achieved.In this paper,the effects of the copolymerization modification approach,aging,solidification on the emulsion and the coating were discussed.The test showed that alkali corrosion resistance of the coat was increased with increasing of epoxy content in the resin, meanwhile the size of emulsion particle became large too.The TEM showed that aging of the emulsion was favorable for the microphase separation and led increasing property of the coat.When curing temperature was preferred to be 260 ℃,and the percentage of solidification agent was 3%.
