摘　　要：由于金融控股公司有风险在其内部传播、信息透明度低以及成员企业不一定能保持独立的决策自主权等情况,因而对金融控股公司进行严格监管很有必要。国外对金融控股公司均有严格的监管,表现在:有完备的监管法律、严格的准入条件、明确的经营管理约束条件以及完善的监管体系。我国对金融控股公司的监管可采取加快立法、实施功能监管、建立有效监管制度等措施。The risk of the financial holding company can propagate inside and the transparency of information is low and the members of the companies cannot keep dependent decision, it is very necessary to supervise strictly to the financial holding company. There is strict supervision to the financial holding company in foreign countries, which mainly show complete supervision law, strict admittance conditions and clear restriction conditions about management and administration and complete supervisory system. China can take measures of accelerating legislating, implementing the function supervision and setting up effective supervisory system to supervise the financial holding company.
