摘　　要：24例早期Volkmann缺血性肌挛缩患者经牵伸疗法、物理治疗、功能锻炼,结果:优良率79％,1～2年随访优良率达95％,1例无效者经手术探查见神经血管嵌于骨痂中。康复医疗技术的重点是牵伸挛缩肌肉。24 cases of Volkmann's contracture were treated with stretching and func(?)ional training for 1~8 months. 18 out of the 24 patients were improved significantly and 23 showed a persistent improvement over the period of l^2 years follow-up. With the 1 case that got no improvement, exploratory operation revealed that it was due to the tenting of nerve and blood vessels into the osteotylus. We conclude that stretching contractured muscles is most importance in treating Volkmann's contracture.
