摘　　要：高血压病人常出现血管内皮功能减退,而血管内皮功能减退可增加心血管事件的发生率。在目前应用的降压药物中,肾上腺素β受体拮抗剂对血管内皮功能无影响,钙通道阻滞药、血管紧张肽转换酶抑制药、血管紧张肽II受体1拮抗剂可改善血管内皮功能。The patients of hypertension are often associated with endothelial dysfunction, and endothelial dysfunction may increase cardiovascular events. Among the present drugs used for hypertension, β-blockers has no influence on endothelial function; and calcium channel antagonist, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, angiotensin II receptor 1 antagonist may improve endothelial function. tenass
