摘　　要：根据哈佛大学公卫学院Testa MA博士使用的高血压病人生活质量量表的有关方面,结合我国实际情况,构造了高血压病人的生活质量量表,由日常生活能力和认知能力13方面的内容组成。用因子分析的方法对量表的效度和信度进行了探讨,结果表明量表可以用于全面评价高血压病人的健康状况,为临床医生和卫生工作者的研究提供依据。Based on the form proposed by Dr Testa at Harvard University, the authors developed a form for measuring the quality of life in hypertensive patients in accordance with conditions of Chinese society. The form consists of 13 such items as physical symptoms, somatization, sexual dysfunction, sleep, vitality, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsiveness, s(?)itivity to relationship among persons, work hostility, activities of daily living and cognitive ability. Validity and reliability of the forst 11 items in the form were studied with the factor analysis method. The results show that the form is a appropriate tool for measuring the quality of life in hypertensive patients.
