膝关节粘连性功能障碍的手术和康复治疗(附20例病例分析)

摘　　要：20例因创伤或某些病变后致膝关节纤维性僵直的住院患者,关节活动范围平均40°,影响工作及生活.采用手术分离膝关节内粘连及术后康复治疗,结果,膝关节活动范围平均达110°,较术前增加 70°.15例经平均27个月的随访,优者10例,良者3例,可者2例.20 inpatients with fibrous adhesion knee caused by trauma or some diseases were treated with adhesion release by operation followed by rehabilitation intervention. After treatment, the average knee range of motion of the patients increased 70 degrees (from 40 degrees before the intervention to 110 degrees at the end of intervention). A 27 month's follow-up of 15 patients showed that the condition of 10 patients remain excellent according to our criteria, 3 remain good and 2 fair.
