摘 要:陶瓷轴承主要应用于机械制造、高速交通、核工业、航空航天、电子、化工和建材等领域。为了提高热等静压氮化硅(HIPSN)陶瓷球的研磨效率和精度,降低其研磨成本,本文设计和研制了一种新的陶瓷球研磨方法--锥形研磨法;探讨了该方法下陶瓷球表面研磨迹线的分布规律。经研磨动力学分析认为,在锥形研磨法下,陶瓷球在研磨中作无打滑研磨运动,既要克服"环向打滑",又要克服"周向打滑";研磨压力在0.5-15N/球,研磨盘转速在90-1400r/min之间存在最佳的研磨值。通过实验研究了研磨工艺参数与材料去除率、研磨成本和加工效率的关系,得出该方法下合理的研磨参数,运用此法可高效加工出G3、G5级精密HIPSN陶瓷球。Ceramic ball bearings are mainly used in some important fields such as machine manufacture, high - speed traffic, nuclear industry, aviation and space flight, electron, implement and instrument, and building materials. In order to improve machining precision and rubbing efficiency of HIPSN( Hot - Isostatic Pressed Silicon Nitride) ceramic ball and to reduce its rubbing cost, a new rubbing method of ceramic ball, called Taper Rubbing, was developed. The rubbing trace of ceramic ball surface was discussed. From the kinetic analysis of rubbing, it is believed that the ceramic ball can overcome the 'circumferential slide' and 'omni directional slide' to conduct a non ?slide rubbing action. At 0. 5 ~ 15N/ball of rubbing pressure and 90 - 1400r/min of abrasive disk speed, there exists optimal parameter of rubbing. Through the experiment , the relation of rubbing parameter and material removal rate is investigated to reduce the cost of machining. Using the Taper Rubbing method, the HIPSN ceramic balls of precision G3 and G5 can be obtained.
