关节腔内注射尿素治疗实验性类风湿性关节炎

摘　　要：本实验通过弗氏完全佐剂诱发兔膝关节炎（一种迟发型过敏反应），临床表现与关节病理的改变接近于人类的类风湿性关节炎。主要病理变化是滑膜细胞的增生、层次增多，有的区域滑膜呈绒毛伏突起，血管扩张充血，淋巴细胞弥漫性浸润，间质水肿，软骨轻度破坏。尿素是人体蛋白质的代谢产物，由肾脏排出。尿素注入膝关节腔后，使渭膜炎的绒毛结节坏死，细胞萎缩，空泡样变性，微绒毛减少，淋巴细胞浸润减少，成纤维细胞增生，对软骨无影响。Rabbits experimental arthritis induced by Freund’s complete adjuvant(FCA)was a de laved allergic reaction. Its clinical picture, and pathologic changes are identical to human rheu matoid arthritis.The main pathologic changes are proligeration of synovoalis cells,increased layers,villous protrusion of synovial membrane,vessel dilation hyperemia, diffuse infiltration of lymphocytes,interstitial edema and mild cartilage erosion,Urea is a kind of metabolic product of protein and excreted by kidney.After intraarticular injection of urea,it initiated villo nodular necrosis,cellular shrinkage and vacuolation,hyperplasia of fibroblasts.Simultaneously,it reduced the number hyperplasia of tiny villi and infiltration of lymphocytes,but articular cartilage was not damaged.Author’s address: Department of Orthopedics,The Third Affiliated Hospital to Hebei Me dical College,Shijiazhuang, 050051
