摘  要:热电制冷装置与热虹吸管组合,并通过适当的能量回收措施,能显著提高热电空调装置效率;研制了一种新型卡车驾驶室热电制冷空调装置,对其作了热力分析和性能测试;热电空调装置与车辆、船舶等移动独立空间有很好的兼容性,具有环境友好、系统简单、运行可靠等优势;采用大流量、小温差、前上位送风,便于改善室内气流组织,提高舒适性;在各种实验数据的基础之上,经过系统设计和制作工艺的优化,可进一步提高系统性能。The performance of thermoelectric (TE) device can be improved greatly by the combination with thermosiphons and energy recovering measures. A novel TE air conditioner for truck cab has been developed, and its thermal property and performances are analyzed in this paper. It possesses many compatibility features with movable spaces, such as carriages, trucks, ships, and so on, for its special advantages, such as reliability, facilitating monitoring and friendly to environment. Jet air-stream from up-front position of the cab, with large flow rate and small temperature difference, can greatly ameliorate air flow pattern and comfortable property in the cab. The prototype can be further improved on the basis of experiment datum and design optimization.
