摘　　要：随着莱钢产量大幅度增加，原、燃料及成品和半成品的运输量急剧加大，对铁路运输形成极大压力。本文通过对编组站运输能力的调查分析，得出科学合理的改造方案，对解决制约莱钢跨越式发展的瓶颈问题，提出了切实可行的思路。With the large continuous increase of Laiwu Steels production capacity, the freight volume of raw materials and products and semi - products steeply rise, which brings about heavy pressure to railway transportation. Through investigation and analysis of the transport capacity of the marshalling stations, it is worked out scientific and reasonable transformation project, in which feasible thoughts has been put forward aiming at resolving the bottleneck problems constraining Laiwu Steels great -leap -forward development.
