摘  要:22次家兔实验证明,电刺激坐骨神经可使肱二头肌的自发放电增多,由刺激大脑皮层运动区诱发的肌电反应持续时间延长。表明本体感受性刺激对不同脊髓节段的骨骼肌的兴奋性和主动运动均有易化作用。对本体感受性刺激的易化作用的机制进行了讨论。The result of 22 experiments in rabbits showed that the electrical stimulation of ischiadic nerve could increase the spontaneous discharge of biceps muscle of the arm and its evoked electrical activity produced by stimulating motor area of the cerebal cortex. It st1ggested that the activity and active contraction of muscle may be facili tated by nerve impulses from proprioceptors of different level of spinal cord,The me chanism of proprioceptive neuromscular facilitation was discussed.(Author's address: Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, First Teaching Hospi tal,N.
