摘  要:通过聚丙烯酰胺电泳技术(SDS-PAGE)分析了25个具有已知抗白粉病基因小麦种质的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)组成。研究表明,在供试材料中亚基组成类型极其丰富。在Glu-A1、Glu-B1和Glu-D1几个位点上分别检测到2、7和4种不同的亚基组成类型。其中,在Glu-A1位点上大多数品种都具有null亚基,占该位点亚基的84%;在Glu-B1位点上的变异类型最丰富, 7 +8亚基出现频率最高,为36%;在Glu-D1位点上,劣质亚基2+12出现频率最高,为76% ,被世界公认的优质亚基5 +10出现频率较低,仅为12%。利用这些已知抗白粉病基因小麦种质进行种质创新,可向育种提供优点突出而无突出缺点的亲本。High-molecular-weight glutenin subunit compositions of 25 wheat varieties that powdery mildew resistance genes have known were identified and analysed in SDS-PAGE technology. Studies showed that there were extremely plentiful HMW-GS types in these tested materials. 2,7 and 4 kinds of sununit types were tested at Glu-A1,Glu-B1 and Glu-D1 loci respectively. The majority of varieties have null- subunit at Glu-A1 loci among them, which accounts for 84% at this loci;Variation types are the most plentiful at Glu-B1 loci, the frequency of 7+8-subunit is the highest, which is 36%; The frequency of inferior 2+12-subunit is the highest, which is 76%; The frequency of superior 5+10-subunit that was known wildly is lower, only 12%. Therefore the wheat varieties that powdery mildew resistance genes have known are used to invent new germplasm in order to offer good parents for crop heredity breeding.
