免疫抑制剂I2190B的分离与鉴别

摘　　要：在筛选免疫抑制剂的过程中，找到了一株吸水类链霉菌Ｉ２１９０，属于ＦＫ－５０６类化合物的产生菌，从其发酵产物中已分离出Ａ、Ｂ二个组份，基于光谱数据和理化特性的分析，证实１２１９０Ｂ和免疫抑制剂ＦＫ－５２０及ＬＤ－６８３５９０（Ｉｍｍｕｎｏｍｙｃｉｎ）均为同一物质。In the course of screening immunosuppressant,we isola-ted a SfrepfomyceS hygroscopicus No,2190-producing the series cotnpounds of FK-506,Two components were isolated from the mycelium of culture broth.One of them,I2190B showed very strong inhibitory effect on lym-phocyte proliferation and IL-2production.Based on the spectral data and physical-chemical properties of I2190B,It has been identified as FK-520 and L-683590(immunomycin).
