骨松I号胶囊治疗骨质疏松症的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨益气温阳活血为法组方的对骨质疏松症的药效学实验研究。方法采用骨松I号胶囊治疗维甲酸诱导的骨质疏松症模型,并以为对照药物,观察实验大鼠的饮食情况、活动度、毛色情况,骨密度观察,血清钙、磷含量,血清碱性磷酸酶含量,尿羟脯氨酸/尿肌酐比值等指标。结果骨松I号胶囊不仅可显著改善实验大鼠的饮食情况、活动度、毛色,还可显著地改善骨密度观察,血清钙、磷含量,血清碱性磷酸酶含量,尿羟脯氨酸/尿肌酐比值等指标。结论骨松I号胶囊对维甲酸引起的实验性骨质疏松症均有明显的防治作用,其作用机制可能与骨松I号整体调节机体功能,提高机体抵抗力,抑制骨吸收,促进骨形成有关。Aim To explore the pharmacodynamic effects of gusong I capsule on osteoporosis. Methods Adopting gusong I capsule to treat the osteoporosis model rats induced by tretinoin ,and regarding gusongbao as control drug,the rats' diet,activity,color pattern,bone density,the content of serum calcium,serum phos ,S-ALP, and the ratio of urinary hydroxyproline and Ucr were observed.Results Gusong I capsule not only improves the rats' diet,activity,color pattern significantly,but also improve the rats' bone density, the content of serum calcium, serum phos,S-ALP, and the ratio of urinary hydroxyproline and Ucr significantly. Conclusion Gusong I capsule has evident preventive and therapeutic effect on osteoporosis model rats.Its mechanism of action possibly relates with its capacity of integrally adjusting the function of organism,elevating the resistance of organism,restraining bone resorption, and encouraging bone formation.
