摘 要:用琼脂平板稀释法测定泰宁等7种抗菌药物对5种215株临床常见致病菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),井统计敏感率。结果表明7种抗菌药物对大多数受试菌均显示较高的抗菌活性,其中泰宁的抗菌活性最强。金葡球菌、变形杆菌、大肠埃希氏菌、肺炎克雷白氏菌对泰宁的敏感率达97.6~100%;绿脓假单胞菌17.02%耐药,绿脓假单胞菌4.26~12.77%和肺炎克雷白氏菌1株对泰宁和其他抗菌药物呈现部分交叉耐药性,而CPLX与其他抗菌药物对不同受试菌呈现2.38~19.05%的交叉耐药率。该结果提示对其他β-内酰胺类抗菌药物耐药的致病引起的严重感染,可考虑选用泰宁,但CPLX的选用还应根据药敏试验决定。The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of 7 anti-microbial agents against 215 strains of 5 species of clinical isolates were determined by using agar disk dilutlon method and the susceptible rates were analyzed. Results showed that all 7 antimicrobial agents exhibited high activity against most of isolates tested. Among them the IMP/CS had the strongest activity;the susceptible rates agaInst S. aureus, Proteus sp,E.coli,K. pneulnoniae to the IMP/CS were high up to 97.6~100%;only 17.02% stra-ins of Ps. aeruginosa were resistant to IMP/CS; 2~6 strains of Ps.aeru-ginosa and 1 strains of K. pneumoniae were crossresistant to IMP/CS and other antimicrobial agents.The crossresistant rates of the isolates testedto CPLX and other antimicrobial agents were 2.38~19.05%.The results suggested that IMP/CS may be used in treatment of ser-ious infections caused by clinical isolates resistant to other β-lactam antimicrobial agents; the CPLX should be selected according to the susc-eptibility test.
