国产麦白霉素正常人生物利用度研究

摘　　要：本文在８例健康成人男性志愿者中进行了进口麦迪霉素与国产麦白霉素生物利用度比较研究，交叉试验设计，口服给药６００ｍ，血清中药物浓度用微生物法测定。结果表明：两种药物从吸收、分布、排泄上都无显著性差异，国产麦白霉素相对生物利用度为１０９．５５％，根据所得药代动力学参数，从生物利用度角度对国产麦白霉素质量进行评价。The bioavailability of domestic product of Meleurmvcin was studied in eight normal male voluneers.A single oral dose of 600mg Meleumycin and Mydecamycin was given according to a cross over des-ign. Serum levels of Meleumycin and Mydecamycin were mesaured by bioassay,Pharmacokinetic parameters obtained from our studies showed no significant difference between the two products.The condentration-time curves of th9 two products all fitted to one-compartment open model,Clnax Meleumvcin and Mvdecamvcin were 1.54± 0.34 and 1.59±0.3mg/L. Tmax of the two products were 0.45±0.09h and 0.39±0.05h,AUC and t1/2β were 2.12±0.44 and 1.94±0.39 mg·h/L; 0.74± 0.21 and 0.65±0.18h,respectively.The relative biavailability of Melemumycin were 109.55%.
