摘 要:Carbon fiber nanoelectrode(tip diameter ca. 100 nm)-patch clamp was firstly applied to real-time monitoring dopamine release from single living vesicles of single Rat pheochromocytoma(PC12) cells with highly temporal and spatial resolution.
