摘 要:目的探讨胃癌中E2F1的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化技术对49例人原发性胃癌癌组织与癌旁正常黏膜中E2F-1的表达进行检测,通过统计学方法分析其表达情况以及与肿瘤分期、病理分型、淋巴结转移、侵袭深度之间的相互关系。结果E2F-1在癌组织与癌旁正常黏膜中的阳性表达率分别为79.6%(3949)和26.5%(1349),差异有显著性(P<0.001)。癌组织、癌旁正常黏膜中E2F1的表达在不同的临床病理特征之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论胃癌中E2F1超表达和反常表达与胃癌的发生有关。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of E2F-1 in human primary gastric carcinomas.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of E2F-1 in the cancer tissues and the surrounding normal mucosa in 49 cases of human primary gastric carcinomas.Statistics was used to analyze the data.Results The positive expression rate of E2F-1 in cancer tissues was 79.6%(39/49),while the postive expression rate of E2F-1 in the surrounding normal mucosa was 26.5%(13/49),with significant difference between cancer tissues and normal mucosa (P<0.001). The expression of E2F-1 in cancer tissues was not correlated with the tumor stage,pathological type,lymph node metastasis and the depth of invasion.Conclusion The results suggest that E2F-1 is over expressed in gastric carcinomas,and anomalous expression of E2F-1 may be related to the gastric tumorigenesis and progression.
