摘　　要：学生政工干部作为高校教师队伍特殊而重要的组成部分 ,由于工作任务繁重、难度大、要求高、意外事件多 ,再加上人们对其工作性质的不理解 ,在思想认识上产生了种种困惑。As an important and special component of staff members,political work cadres of college students feel puzzled in thought since their job is heavily-burdened,difficult,highly-required and accident-unexpected,as well as being misunderstood by the mass.They bear the glorious responsibility and sacred obligation that powerful thought assurance and continuous spiritual support should be supplied for college students to make them talents in a comprehensive way.
