摘　　要：架构两岸金融交流法律体系不仅是实现两岸直接“三通”的关键环节和基础性工作,更是目前两岸往来无法回避的紧迫课题。本文在回顾台湾当局调整两岸金融往来法律进程的基础上,分析了两岸金融合作的障碍,设计了两岸金融合作的法律制度。Setting up the cross-strait financial communicating legal system is pivotal and basic to the “Three direct links”, trading normally. And it is also an urgent project that could not be avoided. This essay reviews the legal progress about the Taiwan Residents’s regulation for the cross-strait communicating, it analyzed the barriers to the cooperation and designed the financial legal system.
